Intuition is Self-care

He’s my mentor and is totally right. Change is a constant in life.
I like to equate life to a movie. When you are watching a movie, you just eat your popcorn and get excited for the next scene, and you have no idea what it is!
We need to be connected to our Intuition and be in balance so that when change comes, it doesn’t knock us off our feet. So, whatever that “new scene is,” we can be prepared.
You have to make time for self-care. If you are reading this, you are most likely a healer, giver, and have a huge heart. You know there is something special inside you that you have to offer the world.
- You probably have had a hard time saying no in the past (or maybe even now),
- allowed other people to come first (even if you resented it,)
- and are so super busy (either in your schedule or your Mind always thinking) that you feel you have no time for anything else.
So… it’s time to make some effort to change your direction, right?
